It's most valuable for pre-seed and early-stage founders, founders preparing to raise or scale, and builders who feel stuck or misaligned.

Your Role as an Affiliate

As an affiliate, your role is to:

• Share the diagnostic with your audience in a way that feels natural to your platform
• Position it as a tool for clarity, not a hard sell
• Maintain authenticity in how you communicate its value

You are not expected to provide technical support, explain the full diagnostic methodology, or sell aggressively.

Performance Expectations

This is a flexible program, but strong partners typically post or share at least 1–2 times per week initially, integrate the diagnostic into relevant conversations (not random promotion), and tailor messaging to their audience.

There are no strict quotas. However, affiliates who actively share and generate engagement will be prioritized for increased commission opportunities, early access to new tools, and deeper partnership opportunities.

Compensation & Payments

• Commission: 30% per diagnostic sale — $11.10 per purchase
• Tracking: Managed via your unique referral link and code
• Payout schedule: Monthly
• Payment method: Confirmed during onboarding

Payments are issued for all verified transactions within the payout period. Your referrals are tracked automatically when customers use your unique link.

Affiliates see the strongest results when they:

• Share from personal experience or perspective
• Frame the diagnostic as a resource, not a promotion
• Connect it to real founder challenges
• Post where their audience is already engaged

High-performing angles:

Brand & Usage Guidelines

To maintain consistency and trust, please use the provided messaging as your starting point, adapt language to match your voice, and share your affiliate link freely.

You may not recreate, replicate, or distribute the diagnostic itself; misrepresent the product or expected outcomes; or position yourself as the creator or owner of the diagnostic.

Proprietary Rights

The Founder Diagnostic, including its structure, methodology, and outputs, is proprietary. By participating in this program, you agree to use the diagnostic only for referral purposes, not copy, reproduce, or reverse-engineer the content, and not create derivative tools based on its structure.

Termination & Program Flexibility

We reserve the right to update commission structures, modify program terms, or remove affiliates who violate guidelines. Affiliates may opt out at any time.
